How much notice is needed to place an order?
Orders are to be placed at a minimum two weeks before the due date. If you have less time than that, just ask. I can't always accommodate short notice, but I will always try my best to make it work!
Where is pickup?
I am located in Imperial off of Romaine Creek Road. After your order is placed, I will give you the pick up address and we will set up a pick up time.
How much does a cake cost?
Each order is unique and requires custom pricing. The base price starts at $4.00 per serving. The amount of additional charges is based on amount of time and skill needed to create your cake!
What is your cancelation/refund policy?
If your invoice has been paid in full and you need to cancel, you will receive a full refund if more than one week remains until the due date of your order.
If there is less than a week remaining until your due date, you will receive a 50% refund.
If there is less than 48 hours remaining until your cake is due, you will not receive a refund as production for your order has already begun.
**This rule is subject to change at my discretion due to extenuating circumstances**
Do you make ... ?
As much as I would love to make everything anyone should ask for, there are certain limitations I have put in place for my own mental sanity. I currently do not offer decorated sugar cookies, cake pops, or any chocolate dipped items.
